Industrial park Greenstate

The Greenstate Industrial Park located near the Pulkovo airport occupies 112 hectares of land. UIT Saint Petersburg Company invested in the development of the utility infrastructure over 2 billion rubles and installed railway tracks. At present, the park has multiple residents: a logistic center, a meat processing factory, etc. Residents include a PONSSE forest equipment maintenance center, a company packaging and storing Dermosil.ru cosmetics from Scandinavia, a plant of gas turbines of Siemens “Gas Turbine Technologies”, a production and logistic complex of SMC Pneumatik, a production and logistic complex and a training center of “Trier SPb”. In total, residents occupy 53 ha.

The industrial park territory is well located from the transport perspective. Greenstate is located 1 km away from access ways to the Ring Motorway and the Tallinn Highway, near the Saint Petersburg Sea Port and the Pulkovo Airport. A railway branch runs to the industrial park territory permitting to receive large quantities of cargoes. Roads are built in the territory of Greenstate.

Greenstate offers a wide range of sites with different surface areas equipped with a utility and power infrastructure necessary for installing production facilities. Industrial land plots are sold if their surface area is 4 000 square meters and more. Services in the territory of the Greenstate Industrial Park are provided by “UIT Service” management and operation company. Every site in the industrial park can have limits of engineering supplies according to the needs of the Customer’s enterprise.

Several important facilities have been put into operation in the territory of the Greenstate industrial park. A modern logistics center (surface area: 90 thousand square meters), a plant producing meat products of Finnish concern Atria Group plс (29 thousand square meters), production facilities for storing and packaging cosmetic products, a service station have been built there.
