PLC Industrial park "Fedorovskoye"

The “Fedorovskoye” industrial park is a modern concept of a consumer industry and logistics complex. It is located 20 km to the south-east of Saint Petersburg near the future Moscow – Saint Petersburg highway and the railway leading to the Ust-Luga port. Transport communications provide access to the port in Lomonosov, the “Pulkovo” airport (highways A120, M20, M11), to the Baltic and European countries as well as the south-eastern part of the Leningrad Region (A120, M18), the sea trade port (Ust-Luga). The distance to the Pulkovo airport is 22 km, the Saint Petersburg Ring Motorway – 23 km, to the Lomonosov port – 60 km.

The total area of the industrial park is 121 ha. At present, an area of 32 ha is available. The territory has all the necessary utility systems, engineering and transport infrastructures.

Residents of the industrial park include: LLC “UIMP-Invest” (company applying a protective layer onto metal structures and a plant producing long span structures), “UIMP-Logistika” (warehouse complex storing and handling cargoes), LLC “SAITEK SPb” (transportation), LLC “TranCo” (container transportation in Russia, customs transportation), LLC “Sorozh-Logistic” (cargo transportation, logistics terminal), LLC “Metall Gruppa ZHDSM” (complex storing and processing industrial products, metal processing), “Domotekhnika” (plant producing stainless steel pipes for fireplaces), LLC “Glomako” (medical equipment), LLC “Orion-TS” (installation of main optic fiber cables along power transmission lines), IE Shibaev (furniture production), LLC “Jotun Paints” (paint production), LLC “LenPromBeton” (production of reinforced concrete products), LLC “Agrisovgaz” (application of protective layers by the galvanization method), LLC “UK Bastion” (casing production), LLC “Park Technology” (production of ventilation systems), LLC “Tekhnonikol Severo-zapad” (production of extrusive foam polystyrene), LLC “Old Mill Holding” (plastic products).
