Industrial park "Pikalyovo"

The “Pikalyovo” industrial park is being built as part of a comprehensive investment plan of the city modernization. A consumer industry cluster is planned to be set up so as to diversify the city’s economy and create new jobs.

The “Pikalyovo” industrial park is located in the Boksitogorsk municipal district of the Leningrad Region on the federal highway A114 Vologda – Novaya Ladoga (Saint Petersburg – Cherepovets). The distance to Saint Petersburg is 250 km.

The main advantages of the industrial park include a high degree of infrastructure development permitting to launch production within the shortest timeframes, availability of different offers from using finished production premises to construction of new ones according to individual projects, a possibility of using human resources of three nearby towns: Pikalevo, Boksitogorsk, and Tikhvin.

The total surface area of the “Pikalyovo” industrial park is 9,4 ha. The park is supposed to include production facilities of hazard classes 4-5: enterprises of the consumer, food industries, production of building materials, and manufacture of pre-fabricated products. The territory of the park receives power, water, gas, and heat supplies. Three production facilities with the total surface area of 3 870 square meters are ready to be used. The first residents of the “Pikalyovo” industrial park have already signed framework agreements of intent with the Leningrad Region government. They include three Saint Petersburg-based garment manufacturers: LLC “Ledi Sharm” (Ledi Sharm trademark), LLC “Pompa” (Pompa trademark), and LLC “Shveynaya manufaktura” (Manwill trademark). Each of them must occupy a separate building with a surface area of about 1.2 thousand square meters in the priority turn of “Pikalyovo”.

The project implementation timeframe: 14 months. Three production and warehousing modules, a boiler house of internal utility networks are being built and the territory is being landscaped as part of the project implementation.
